Rebuilds You are responsible to pay to and from shipping on rebuilds. Your final cost including shipping will be reflected on your ending invoice. From our Store Items that do not require freight shipping and weigh less than 30lbs will ship free to all states and Washington D.C., except to Hawaii, Alaska, PFO and surrounding territory. Shipping will be calculated on all items that require freight shipping, weigh more than 30lbs, or require international service. Shipping will be calculated at checkout to all areas not designated as free shipping. General Our normal hours of business are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. All purchases made on the weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day. If you want a part to be shipped to another country, you will need to contact us prior to purchase to see how much the freight will cost you. You will also be responsible for any duties, broker fees and tax that your country may add to the cost of your freight. If you would like this part to be shipped faster, such as overnight, you will have to pay the additional cost depending on the carrier and method used. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Buyers are expected to pay return shipping except for in certain circumstances. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, your refund will be given after the item is received and inspected. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
